I am glad to recommend Grant Peacock Images to everyone looking for quality video production near Washington, D.C. Mr. Peacock already produced 3 videos (including interviews and b-roll) about show heroes living in the Washington DC area. Each time Grant met our stiff deadlines, and we received great video and quality sound.
We had to conduct about 18 interviews with elected officials and lobbyists in one day. Grant and his crew provided the perfect set-up and shot B-roll throughout the day that made our production a success. I will be using them next time we need a film crew in Washington, D.C.
Our fast-paced, single-camera news department needs crew members who are creative, flexible, & quick-thinking. It is my pleasure to recommend Grant Peacock as a cameraman/editor and because we are very impressed with his work for us, he will be working with us on further assignments .
I am happy to recommend Grant to anyone looking for a diligent and experienced cameraman.
Grant has been my go-to person on numerous occasions. I have used him for everything from news production to corporate. He has a great eye and a good understanding of what it takes.
Grant Peacock is fantastic. While I was the U.S. correspondent for New Zealand’s national broadcaster, I worked with him on many stories, including the Virginia Tech massacre, and interviewing Hillary Clinton at the U.S. State Department. Two very different situations, with very different demands. Grant met all the challenges with grace and efficiency. His technical skills only add to his abilities as a cameraman, and he always keeps calm under pressure. He is also unfailingly honest. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to prospective clients.
Grant is a delightful partner for video production jobs. He takes time to understand the client and the goal before diving in with full enthusiasm. The quality of the product shows his attention to detail … and did I mention he’s fun!
Grant has been a pleasure to work with and is an asset for production in the Washington D.C. area. He is thorough in his preparation and energetic in execution. I have been able to put my full trust in him even from 800 miles away.
Grant is great… He’s not only a superb photographer, he can also pinch-hit as a producer when needed. I always feel I am in good hands when we hire Grant, and I can’t be on scene.
Considering working with Grant Peacock? — just do it. Grant always put together a full crew — lighting efficiently and exactly and executing programs — often two or three on a shoot — with perfection.
Perfection is the key to Grant’s work. He is practical, enthusiastic, cooperative, calm and patient. All important since we interview top journalists, authors, celebrities, Ambassadors, etc.
And the price was always fair and reasonable. Just do it.
about gpi health
Cardiac equipment demonstration videoContinuing Medical Education – panel discussion
Grant is more than a veteran of Capitol Hill and greater Washington DC video production. He’s a campaigner for health, lives for the subject and never stops talking about new ideas in this domain. Vegetarian at age 16, he’s still absorbed by all aspects of health and wellness communications.
Whether your pending story involves nutrition, medical devices, public health policy or surgical procedures, Grant has already built experience and ideas for the day. He is conscious of both the provider and recipient (patient) point of view, and will be watchful that the right balance is achieved. GPI can provide a knowledgeable producer on site for your project.

conference video production
In the countdown to a major conference, your event planning team can easily be overwhelmed. Allow Grant and team to show up and form an efficient game plan with whatever framework you provide. We’ve done this many times before, and pride ourselves on being able to identify the best way forwards. We’re up for the challenge.
We were tasked with producing an engaging highlights video for PCRM’s signature nutrition conference : ICNM (Int’l Conference on Nutrition in Medicine). GPI Health is so glad to be making a contribution in the rapidly expanding area of WFPBD (Whole Foods Plant Based Diet).
Ryan White National Conference (on HIV Care & Treatment ). GPI was deployed to produce a highlights/wrap video to coincide with the conference close. Under supervision of both HHS (Health & Human Services) and agency staff, we positioned our edit system on site, and had 2 cameras continuously collecting and delivering material.
continuing education (cme) content
CME (Continuing Medical Education) module : Clinicians explore the issue of longer term diabetes management in older patients. This is a 90 second sample, and used 3 of GPI’s cameras.
GPI Health has 15 years experience with CME (Continuing Medical Education) video production on location.
MEDICAL PRODUCTS
Grant is comfortable around equipment used in the health sciences for a reason – it’s part of his career. Early on, he accumulated a decade of experience in various lab settings – pathogens research, vaccines testing, pathology bench work. His prior experience encompasses both biohazardous and sterile work.
Whether your shoot location is an OR, research lab, conference, or a product demo, your team is in familiar territory, and knows how to respond accordingly.
a passion for nutrition, health & wellness
Over the past 2 years, GPI has committed to spreading the word about WFPBD (Whole Foods Plant Based Diet). This area of nutrition science is experiencing explosive growth. We’ve attended the following conferences : ICNM (Neal Barnard & team), Plantstock, Plantrician, ACPM (Amer. College of Preventive Medicine) and the National Health Association annual conferences. We’ve also completed approximately 25 videos for Dr Michael Greger (‘How Not to Die’, nutritionfacts.org) and have other orientation video projects in the pipeline (winter 2018). In each case, we’re assisting with developing compelling content, spreading the good news and building awareness as quickly as possible. Video content has been variously developed that focuses on consumers, as well as clinicians.
